But don't expect to park your car wherever you want without repercussions.

Parking enforcement regulations were relaxed last week when the fires started. But as cities begin to recover and rebuild, some agencies have resumed their parking enforcement efforts, while others are giving motorists a break from parking tickets.

Pasadena
