This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://tmc.gov.in/ from 02.01.2026 to 23.01.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the TMC Non Medical 2026 notification and verify their eligibility.

Educational Qualification for TMC:

1. Consultant ‘G’ (Radio Diagnosis)
   • Educational Qualifications: M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiology/ Radio-diagnosis) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission. 
   • Essential Experience: 13 Years’ post M.D. /  D.N.B. experience in Radiodiagnosis in the Teaching Institute. 
   • Desirable Experience: Candidates should be a National Medical Commission (NMC) recognized Teacher in Radiodiagnosis. 
2. Assistant Professor ‘E’ (Medical Oncology) (Solid Tumor)
   • Educational Qualifications: D.M. / D.N.B. (Medical Oncology) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission. 
   • Desirable Experience: Experience in Solid Tumor Medical Oncology in a teaching hospital for a period of 1 year.
3. Consultant ‘E’ (Breast Surgery)
   • Educational Qualifications: M.Ch. / Dr.N.B.(Surgical Oncology) or M.Ch. / Dr.N.B. (Endocrine Surgery) or equivalent post graduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission.  OR M.S. / D.N.B. (General Surgery) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by National Medical Commission. 
   • Essential Experience : For M.Ch. / Dr.N.B. (Surgical Oncology) or M.Ch. / Dr.N.B. (Endocrine Surgery) or equivalent post graduate degree: 1 Year experience in Breast oncology either during M.Ch. training or post M.Ch. For M.S./ D.N.B. (General Surgery) or equivalent post graduate degree: 3 years’ post M.S / D.N.B. experience in Surgical / Breast oncology. 
   • Desirable Experience : Exclusive experience in breast cancer surgery for 1 year is desirable.
4. Consultant ‘E’ (Medical Oncology)
   • Qualification & Experience : D.M. / Dr.N.B. (Medical Oncology)  or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the National Medical Commission.
5. Consultant ‘D’ (Anesthesiology)
   • Educational Qualifications: M.D. / D.N.B. (Anesthesia) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Anesthesiology recognized by the National Medical Commission. 
   • Essential Experience: 01 year post M.D. / D.N.B. experience in Anesthesia in a Teaching Hospital. 
   • Desirable Experience : Experience in Critical Care and Pain Management is desirable. 
6. Consultant ‘D’ (Biochemistry)
   • Educational Qualifications: M.D. / D.N.B. (Biochemistry) recognized by the National Medical Commission. 
   • Essential Experience: 01 year post M.D. / D.N.B. experience in Clinical Biochemistry preferably in a teaching Institute.

10. Consultant ‘D’ (Palliative Medicine)
    • Educational Qualifications: M.D. / D.N.B. (Palliative Medicine) OR M.D. / D.N.B. (Anesthesiology) recognized by the National Medical Commission. 
    • Essential Experience: Minimum 01 year post M.D. / D.N.B. experience in Palliative Medicine in a high volume hospital or cancer centre. 
    • Desirable Experience : A Post graduate Diploma or Certified Training in Palliative Medicine of at least 01 year duration in a high volume centre is desirable.
11. Consultant ‘D’ (Radiation Oncology)
    • Educational Qualifications: M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiotherapy/Radiation Oncology) or equivalent PG degree accredited by  National Medical Commission. 
    • Essential Experience: 01 year post M.D. / D.N.B. experience in Radiation Oncology in a teaching hospital or cancer centre. 
    • Desirable Experience : Adequate experience in Brachytherapy techniques, advanced 3D conformal treatment planning techniques and IMRT are desirable for this position.
12. Consultant ‘D’ (Radio  Diagnosis)
    • Educational Qualifications: M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiology / Radiodiagnosis) or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by   National Medical Commission.

16. Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Data Analytics & Program Reporting)
    • Educational Qualifications & Essential Experience : Recognized post-graduate degree in any branch of Science, Engineering, Technology, Health Administration or Public Health or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution / university with at least 5 years experience in relevant field   OR MBBS or equivalent medical degree with Diploma / Degree / PG Degree in Statistics / Data Science / Applied Statistics / Health Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution / university with 3 years experience in relevant field   OR PhD in Statistics / Biostatistics / Data Science or equivalent streams with at least 1 year experience in relevant field.
    • Desirable Experience : Track record of generating Management Information System / Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System / Parliament Questions / Outcome-Budget / responses. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, advanced Excel, dashboard formats. Familiarity with GoI formats for annual reports, parliamentary submissions, e-Office, GeM and PFMS portals. Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
17. Scientific Officer ‘D’ (Haematopathology)
    • Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences including Biotechnology or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university OR Ph.D. in Biological Sciences including Biotechnology or equivalent. 
    • Essential Experience: For Post Graduate Degree :Minimum 5 years of experience out of which at least 03 years in  Haematopathology Laboratory or Flow Cytometry Laboratory. For Ph.D. : Minimum 01 years of experience in Haematopathology Laboratory or Flow Cytometry Laboratory.
18. Scientific Officer ‘C’ (Central Sterile Supply Department)(C.S.S.D)
    • Educational Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Physics/ Zoology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology WITH 50% marks and Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Hospital Management preferable. 
    • Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in C.S.S.D. of a 150+ bedded reputed hospital OR minimum 10 years experience in a 300+ bedded reputed hospital. 
    • Desirable Experience : Out of the total required experience minimum 5 years must be in Senior position. 
19. Scientific Officer ‘SB’ (Trial Coordinator)
    • Educational Qualifications: M.Sc.(Clinical Research) or M.Sc. in any stream with Diploma/ Certificate Course in Clinical Research. 
    • Essential Experience: 1 year experience in clinical Research.
20. Scientific Officer ‘SB’ (Research)
    • Educational Qualifications : A full time Masters degree (Preferably Education or Library Sciences) from a recognized university. 
    • Essential Experience : At least 4 years’ experience in the following : Published Archival Institutional Research Collating background material, editing proof reading and transcribing for a book Evolving and Running a post graduate Academic Program. Networking and Liasoning Collaborative activities between Internationally recognized Academic and Healthcare institutions for a post graduate program. 
    • Desirable Experience : Preferably in hospital setup.
21. Scientific Assistant ‘B’  (Research)
    • Educational Qualifications: B.Sc (in any stream). 
    • Essential Experience : 2 years experience in Research related  work, Publications, Managing events, Documentations, Co-ordination with patients etc.
22. Technician ‘C’ (Dental & Prosthetics Surgery) – 
    • Educational Qualifications: 12th Std. in Science and Diploma of one year/ 6 months in Dental Hygienic conducted by the Dental Council of India. Candidates should be registered under Dental Council. 
    • Essential Experience: 3 years experience in relevant fields.
23. Technician ‘A’ (Air-conditioning)
    • Educational Qualifications: 10th Std plus ITI  (Air Conditioning) with 2 year full time course from Government recognized institute. 
    • Essential Experience: 3 years’ experience after ITI OR 2 years’ experience after ITI plus NCTVT in Air conditioning field as a Technician in Hospital, commercial establishment and institutional complex or industrial projects.
