Educational Qualification for CLRI Chennai: 

1. Junior Stenographer (Post Code JST 2601) – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
2. Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen) (Post Code JSA 2602) – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computers as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
3. Junior Secretariat Assistant (S&P) (Post Code JSA 2603) – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computers as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. 
4. Junior Secretariat Assistant (F&A) (Post Code JSA 2604) – 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computers as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
5. Multi-Tasking Staff (Post Code MTS 2605) – Essential: Matriculation or equivalent pass. Desirable: Intermediate (12th Class) pass
