- Tool Designer: DTDM/NTTF/B.Tech/M.Tech with Tooling, Relevant Experience: 8-12 years (preferably)
- QC Engineer (CMM): B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Relevant Experience: 5-12 years (preferably)
- Tool Maker: DTDM/PDTD OR Recognized Institution (CITD, IGTR, NTTF, CIPET etc.), Relevant Experience: 1-2 years (preferably)
