The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released its latest official recruitment notification (Advt. No. 04/2026/HRD/03) to fill the 109 Director – Legal, Executive Officer Posts. Candidates may get the details of On-line Application, Detailed Advertisement, General Instructions and apply Online on the official Web-site of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) i.e. https://resource.cdn.icai.org/. The link for submission of On-line Application Form will remain active from 01.04.2026 to 15.04.2026. 

Eligible candidates with qualifications c07 can apply online. Candidates should note that the primary Job locations for these posts are Delhi/Noida and Anywhere in India.    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University
   • Experience: Minimum 22 years of post – qualification experience in handling legal matters pertaining to Civil/ Commercial/ Service matters. 
2. Executive Officer (Chartered Accountant)
   • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
   • Experience: Experience not essential
3. Executive Officer / (​​Legal) 
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University. 
   • Experience: Experience not essential.
4. Executive Officer / (Company Secretary) 
   • Qualification: Company Secretary
   • Experience: Experience not essential
5. Executive Officer/ (Sustainability) –
   • Qualification: Ph.D. in Sustainability
   • Experience: Experience not essential
6. Executive Officer / (Economics) 
   • Qualification: Ph.D. in Economics
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
7. Executive Officer / (Infrastructure) 
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure planning/project execution.  
8. Executive Officer / (Information Technology) 
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science Engineering /Information Technology Engineering
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology function. Specialisation in AI/ML/Cloud Computing (AWS /Azure) /Cyber security is desirable.
