- Educational Qualification
- Must have passed 10th Standard.
- Must have studied Tamil language up to at least 8th Standard.

- UR: 18 – 32 Years
- MBC/BC/BCM/DC: 18 – 34 Years
- SC/SCA/ST/Destitute Widows: 18 – 37 Years
- PWD: 18 – 42 Years
