On acquiring Basic AVSEC Certification (14 days), they will be eligible for a consolidated salary of ₹25,000/- per month till they acquire all requisite certificates, after which they will be placed as ILBS Certified Screeners and paid remuneration as applicable to certified screeners as per CHIAL norms.
The engagement will be on a Fixed-Term Contract Basis for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on satisfactory performance and requirement, and is purely temporary. The contract may be terminated earlier at the discretion of Management during its validity or for unsatisfactory performance, and a bond of ₹1,00,000/- is to be furnished, which will be released only after successful completion of the fixed-term contract.
