The NFL – National Fertilizers Limited has officially announced a massive 2026 recruitment Notification (Advt. No. 01 (NFL)/2026) to fill 21 Management Trainee (MT) E-1 vacancies. The applicants satisfying the requisite qualification may apply through ONLINE MODE only, Apply Online on the official Web-site of this NFL – National Fertilizers Limited i.e. https://careers.nfl.co.in/. The online application portal will be opened on 13.05.2026 for filling online applications and the date for closing the online application interface is 12.06.2026.

Eligible candidates with qualifications B.E/B.Tech, MBA (Master of Business Administration)/PG Degree/ PGDM/ PGDBM, CA/ICWA/CMA can apply online. NFL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for NFL: (As on 30.04.2026)

1. Management Trainee (Marketing) E-1 – Min. Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years full time MBA (Master of Business Administration)/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/ Agribusiness Marketing/ Agri-Business Management/ Agri-Business/ Agriculture Business Management/ International Business/ Agriculture & Food Business/ Food & Agribusiness/ Rural Management/ Foreign trade/International Marketing from Universities/ Institutes accredited by UGC/AICTE. OR B.Sc in Agriculture, with Minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in any discipline or M.Sc with specialization in any discipline of Agriculture from Universities/ Institutes accredited by UGC/AICTE/ICAR
2. Management Trainee (F&A) E-1 – Bachelors Degree with pass in final examination of CA/ICWA/CMA from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI)/The Institute of Cost Accountant of India or Two years full time / regular MBA (Master of Business Administration)/ PGDM/ PGDBM with major specialization in Finance / Financial Management with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ST/PwBD/ Departmental candidates). For candidates possessing dual degree MBA (Master of Business Administration)/ PGDM/PGDBM in Finance/ Financial Management, the qualification should be with major specialization in Finance/ Financial Management and the candidate will have to provide a certificate indicating major specialization in Finance/Financial Management.
3. Management Trainee (Materials) E-1 – Full Time Regular Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech./ B.E./ B.Sc.Engg.) in Mechanical/ Material Science/ Material science & technology/ Material science & engineering with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates) from AICTE/ UGC approved institutions. OR Minimum Sixty Percentage Marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in 02 years full time regular MBA (Master of Business Administration)/PG Degree/ PGDM/ PGDBM from Universities/ Institutes accredited by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Materials Management/ Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management.
4. Management Trainee (Information Technology) E-1 – Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B. Tech/ B.E./ B.Sc. Engg.) in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology OR full time regular MCA from accredited institute with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates).
5. Management Trainee (Electrical) E-1 – Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./ B.E./ B.Sc. Engg.) in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE/ UGC approved Institution. OR AMIE in Electrical Engineering from Government accredited institute.
6. Management Trainee (Chemical) E-1 – Full Time Regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Chemical Process Technology with minimum Sixty Percentage marks (Fifty Percentage for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions. OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering from Government accredited institute.
