Balmer Lawrie has released vacancies under four separate notifications. The number of vacancies indicated is only indicative. Panel may be drawn from the engagement process to fill drop-out or future vacancies. No candidates beyond 58 years of age shall be engaged. Balmer Lawrie Recruitment 2026 – Compensation

Senior Leadership (FTC – Notification 1): Total emoluments shall not be a constraint for the right candidate and shall include Variable (Performance Related) Pay for COO and CTO positions.

Travel & Vacations Field Positions (FTC – Notification 2): Compensation will be linked to qualification and experience. Selected candidates will be entitled to eligible statutory benefits including PF, ESI (if covered), Bonus as per the Payment of Bonus Act 1965 (if covered), and Gratuity as per rules.

Executive Positions (Regular – Notification 3):

Note: IDA is subject to quarterly revision. Basic, Net Take Home and CTC is non-negotiable for personnel applying from Private Sector. CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Medical, Other Perks & Allowances, Performance Related Pay, encashment of earned leaves, work-related benefits and Retiral benefits. Post-Retirement Medical Coverage Scheme is applicable to candidates who are 50 years of age or below on joining the regular rolls.

Multi-SBU FTC Positions (Notification 4): Compensation is linked to qualification and experience as per industry standards. (See vacancy table above for position-wise CTC.)

Balmer Lawrie Recruitment 2026 – Age Relaxation

Reservation/relaxation/concession to OBC (NCL)/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM shall be as per Government of India directives. The cut-off date for maximum age is 05.06.2026.

Persons with 40% or more permanent disability shall only be eligible for relaxations under PwBD category. PwBD candidates must upload Disability Certificate in the format prescribed by Government of India. To avail scribe/reader/seating assistance, separate communication must be sent via https://balmerlawrie.com/feedback within 7 days of application submission.

In the absence of any of the above documents, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for interview and no travel expenses shall be reimbursed. Important Instructions for Balmer Lawrie Recruitment 2026 Candidates

  • Candidates must ensure they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria before applying. The company reserves the right to reject applications at any stage if found ineligible.

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management must be certified as equivalent to Post Graduate by AICTE valid for the year when the PG Diploma was completed.
  • ODL (Open and Distance Learning) degrees are accepted only if recognized by UGC; for Management/IT, AICTE recognition is mandatory. Engineering courses through ODL will not be considered (except IGNOU B.Tech for students enrolled up to 2011-12).
  • OBC candidates belonging to “Creamy Layer” are not entitled to relaxation of age and/or reserved positions.
  • OBC-NCL candidates must submit a valid caste certificate issued in the year of advertisement and give a self-undertaking at the time of interview confirming non-creamy layer status.
  • Candidates working in PSU/Govt. Departments must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview. Absence of NOC means no pay protection/continuity of service benefit for Executive positions.
  • Selected candidates before joining will be required to undergo Medical examination. If found unfit, they will be debarred from engagement.
