NABARD Bank Notification2026: Notification for 08 Specialists Vacancies | Apply Online!

The National Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released its official recruitment notification (Advt. No. 01) for 2026, announcing 08 vacancies for Specialists. Interested and qualified candidates must submit their applications exclusively via ONLINE MODE through the official website at https://www.nabard.org/. The digital portal for registration is scheduled to open on 14.05.2026 and will remain active until the closing date of 01.06.2026.

Eligible candidates with qualifications B.E/B.Tech, MBA, Post Graduate can apply online. Candidates should note that the primary Job locations for these posts are Mumbai. Registered candidates will receive a link to download their exam hall tickets via email approximately 4 to 7 days prior to the examination date.

NABARD Bank Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for NABARD Bank: 

1. Specialist – Finance Strategy – 
   • Mandatory: Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance)/ Full time MBA (Master of Business Administration) (Finance)/ MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks in aggregate from leading Universities/ Institutions recognized by GoI /UGC. OR Membership of ICAI or CFA Institute with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. 
   • Experience: 4 years 
2. Specialist – Information Technology Strategy – 
   • Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from any recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks in aggregate OR Postgraduate Degree such as M.Tech/ M.E./ MCA in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or an MBA (especially with an IT/Systems focus). 
   • Desirable: PMP certificate, TOGAF, CISSP (security), AWS/Azure certifications (cloud) 
   • Experience: 7 years
3. Specialist – Human Resource Strategy – 
   • Mandatory: Two years full time Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM)/ Full time MBA (HR/ Industry Relation) degree with 55% marks in aggregate from Universities/ Institutions recognized by GoI /UGC. MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a leading College would be given preference. 
   • Desirable: Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI), Leadership Assessment Tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback tools, Hogan, DISC), OD (Organisational Development) certification, HR Certifications – SHRM, HRCI, AIHR, CIPD.
   • Experience: 4 Years
4. Specialist – Organization Strategy – 
   • Mandatory: Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Public Policy)/ Full time MBA (Strategic Management) degree with 55% marks in aggregate from Universities/ Institutions recognized by GoI/ UGC. MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a leading College would be given preference.
   • Experience: 4 Years
5. Senior Climate Finance Specialist – 
   • Mandatory: Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University/ Institution with a minimum of 55% marks.
   • Experience: 5+ Years
6. Additional Chief Risk Manager – 
   • Mandatory: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Economics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business Administration from a recognized University / Masters in Management/ MBA/ PGDM or CA/CS.
   • Desirable: Certification in Risk Management from GARP/PREMIA or CFA qualification.
   • Experience: 10 Years
7. Risk Manager – Market Risk – 
   • Mandatory: Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics / Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / or MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDBA / PGPM / PGDM from an Indian University/ Institute accredited by Govt bodies AICTE or a similar Foreign University /Institute /CA/ ICWA. 
   • Desirable: Certification from GARP, PRMIA, CMIRM from IRM (UK), Diploma in the area of Data Science, Data Analytics or Data Statistics, Business Analytics, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (USA).
   • Experience: 5 Years

1. Specialist – Finance Strategy – 30 to 45 years
2. Specialist – Information Technology Strategy – 30 to 45 years
