- Lower Division Clerk: Graduation with minimum 50% marks. Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
- Stenographer: Graduate from a recognized university. Course in Short Hand with speed of 80 w.p.m. and Typewriting @ 40 w.p.m. respectively. Computer course of minimum 03 months duration in Microsoft Office (exempted if Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT). Essential: Minimum one year Secretarial experience in a reputed organization. Desirable: Diploma in Secretarial Courses.

- Maximum Age Limit: 27 years for all posts.
