  • Senior Manager:  Eight years or more of banking experience, with at least four of those years spent in a managerial role
  • Assistant Vice President (AVP):  Ten years or more of banking experience, with at least six of those years spent in a managing capacity, two of those years spent as a senior manager, or an equivalent position
