IITM Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for IITM:
- Project Associate-I
- Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in science (Physics, Chemistry, Atmospheric Physics /Environmental sciences/Atmospheric Sciences/Meteorology) from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Desirable Qualification : Experience with atmospheric data analysis, Numerical Models, Programming skills with Fortran/ Python / C or C++. Experience with simulations of atmospheric flows using mesoscale models.
- Senior Project Associate
- Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in physics/ chemistry/ mathematics/ applied physics/ geology/ applied geology/ atmospheric science/ meteorology from a recognized University or equivalent. AND Four years’ experience with data analysis, instrument handling and maintenance.
- Desirable Qualification : Experience with weather instrument handling such as AWS, Radar, wind profiler, sodar, CCN counter, etc. Programming skills with Fortran/ Python / C or C++.
- Associate Engineer (Civil)
- Essential Qualification : B. E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with at least 60% marks. AND A minimum of 03 years of work experience in planning, preparing of work estimate, labour management, work supervision and billing for civil contract and maintenance works.
- Desirable Qualification : Work experience on Auto CAD and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of CPWD works manual and DSR.

- Project Associate-I – 35 years
- Senior Project Associate – 40 years
- Associate Engineer (Civil) – 40 years
