NHM East Godavari Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Audiologist cum Speech Therapist: Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from any recognised University.
- Clinical Psychologist: Master’s Degree in Child Psychology or MA/MSc Psychology/Mphil in Medical & Social Psychology/Mphil in Clinical Psychology/Mphil in Mental Health & Social Psychology with RCI registration.
- Optometrist: Bachelor in Optometry or Master in Optometry from any recognised University.
- Dental Technician: 1 or 2 years course on Dental Technician from recognised institution with AP State Dental registration. Dental Mechanic can be considered as Dental Technician.
- Staff Nurse: General Nursing and Midwifery course from Govt/Govt Recognized Institute with AP Nursing Council registration.
Reservations applicable as per AP State and Subordinate Services Rules Rule 22, Women reservations as per GO.Ms.No.41 WD&CW, GO.Ms.No.77 GAD, GO.Ms.No.46 and GO.Ms.No.48, SC/ST/BC/EWS reservations applicable, Presidential order applicable as per GO.Ms.No.674 GA(SPF.A) Dept dated 28-10-1975, PwD reservations as per GO.Ms.No.2 WCDA & SC dated 19-02-2020, Ex-servicemen reservations applicable as per rules, Sports persons reservations applicable as per rules.

- Maximum age limit is 42 years, reckoned as on 08-12-2025.
- Age relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, BC/EWS candidates get 3 years, Ex-servicemen get 3 years in addition to their armed forces service, and PwD candidates get 10 years.
- The absolute maximum age limit with all relaxations is 52 years.

- Total Marks: 100
- 75% allocated for aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
- Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification (reckoned up to notification date).
- Up to 15% weightage for contract/outsourcing/honorarium service (with satisfactory service certificate).
- Contract service weightage: 2.5 marks per 6 months in Tribal Area, 2.0 marks per 6 months in Rural Area, 1.0 mark per 6 months in Urban Area.
- COVID-19 weightage applicable to contract/outsourcing/honorarium service rendered during COVID-19.
