The IDBI Bank Ltd has released its latest official recruitment notification (Advt. No. 6 & 7/2025-26) to fill the 1300 Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’, JAM – Grade ‘O’ (Regional) Posts.The online application portal at the official website (https://www.idbi.bank.in/) will remain active from 08.03.2026 to 19.03.2026. Before submitting an application, candidates must carefully read the IDBI Bank AM, JAM 2026 notification and verify their eligibility.

IDBI Bank Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for IDBI Bank: (As on 19.03.2026)

1. Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ – 
   • Graduate from any Stream 
   • Mandatory 2 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector.
2. JAM – Grade ‘O’ (Regional) – 
   • Graduate from any Stream 
   • Computer proficiency is required of Applicants
   • Proficiency in regional language will be preferred.

Age Limit for IDBI Bank: (As on 19.03.2026)

1. Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ – Minimum 21 years Maximum: 30 years
2. JAM – Grade ‘O’ (Regional) – Minimum 20 years Maximum: 25 years 

Age Relaxation: 

• ST/SC: +5 years
• OBC (NCL): +3 years 
• PwBD (Gen/ EWS): +10 years 
• PwBD (SC/ ST): +15 years 
• PwBD (OBC): +13 years 

Pay Scale:

1. Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ – 
   • Basic Pay: Starts at Rs.36,000 per month. 
   • Gross Salary: Rs.60,000 to Rs.65,000/- (Approximately) per month (including allowances)
   • In-hand Salary: Rs.50,000 to Rs.55,000/- (Approximately) per month after deductions.
2. JAM – Grade ‘O’ (Regional) – 
   • Stipend 1st 6 Months in classroom studies – Rs.5,000/- per month; 
   • Stipend Next 2 Months in Internship Period  – Rs.15,000/- per month 
   • After joining the Bank’s services as JAM (Grade ‘O’) – CTC Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city)
