The Bharat Electronics Limited has released its latest official recruitment notification (Advt. No. 383/HR/MILCOM & NWCS) to fill the 18 Field Operation Engineer, Project Engineer Posts.The online application portal at the Bharat Electronics Limited website (https://bel-india.in/) will remain active from 10.03.2026 to 24.03.2026. 1. Field Operation Engineer – BE/ B. Tech in CS/Electronics & Communication from an AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or accredited University 
   • The candidate must hold at least one of the following legitimate certifications:
     • Basic/Advance level OEM Certifications from Arista Networks  Fortinet/ Juniper/ Extreme/ Cisco
     • Basic/Advance level OEM Certifications from F5/ Kaspersky/FireEye / Trellix/ OpenText
     • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) 
     • Certified Ethical Hacking (CEН)
     • Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) 
     • Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) 
     • Certified Information Security Professional (CISP)
2. Project Engineer – I – Pass Class in BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Information Science / Electronics & Communication from an AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or recognized University.
   • The candidate must hold at least one of the following legitimate certifications:
     • Basic/Advance level OEM Certifications from Juniper/Extreme/ Arista Networks / Cisco/ Fortinet
