1. Deputy Vice President – Secretarial Section – 
   • Educational Qualification: Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
   • Experience: Minimum Four years’ experience in the Bank /a Listed Company as Company Secretary.
2. Global NRI Centre Head (GNC) – Deputy Vice President – 
   • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate from an accredited university under regular curriculum. 
   • Experience: Ten (10) years of work experience in Banking and handling NRI business. Which includes five years of managerial or supervisory experience.
3. Deputy CFO (Vice President) for Accounts Department –
   • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant 
   • Experience: Ten (10) years of financial operations management expertise, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in Banks/ Large corporates / PSUs/ FIs/ Financial services organizations. 
4. Law Officer – Manager Cadre –
   • Educational Qualification: BL/ ML or other equivalent degree. 
   • Experience: Four years of bar experience or at least two years of experience working as an officer in the legal department of a bank or financial institution.
5. Branch Head (Manager / Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President (AVP)) –
   • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate from an accredited university under regular curriculum. 
   • Experience: 
     • Manager – Minimum 5 years work experience in banking, in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above
     • Senior Manager – Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre, in the cadre of Manager 
     • Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial cadre, in the cadre of Manager, 2 Years in Senior Manager or equivalent cadre 
6. Specialist Officers – IT (Technical Executive) –
   • Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in CS/IT / MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or equivalent degree from a reputed University. 
   • Experience: Minimum 12 years of working experience in Banking/FinTech Industry having exposure to Software Development & Knowledge in emerging trends in Digital Product Eco System. 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 5-7 years of experience in leading software development teams.
