Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date 31-03-2026. All educational qualifications must be from a university recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Central Bank of India AGM Specialist Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
The selection process consists of an Online Examination followed by an Interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norm does not entitle a candidate to be called for the test or interview. Candidates qualified in the online test will be called for interview to the extent of 4 times the number of vacancies. Final merit will be based on the combined performance in Online Test and Interview in the ratio of 70:30. In case of equal marks, candidates senior in age will be placed higher in the merit list.

Candidates can apply only online from 30-04-2026 to 17-05-2026 at the link https://ibpsreg.ibps.in/cbiagmapr26/. No other mode of application will be accepted. Before applying, candidates should scan their photograph (200×230 pixels, 20-50 KB), signature (140×60 pixels, 10-20 KB), left thumb impression (240×240 pixels, 20-50 KB), and handwritten declaration (800×400 pixels, 50-100 KB). A valid personal email ID and contact number must be kept active till completion of the recruitment process. Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained.
An indemnity bond of INR 3,00,000/- must be executed by the selected candidate to indemnify the Bank in case such candidate leaves the service within 3 years of selection. Candidates must have a minimum CIC (Credit Information Company) score of 650 with no credit default or financial indiscipline as on the date of document verification.

Important Instructions for Central Bank of India AGM Specialist Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Only one application per candidate – multiple applications will result in forfeiture of fee paid for other registrations.
- Applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid is neither refunded nor held in reserve.
- Candidates must ensure eligibility before applying – the Bank reserves the right to reject applications at any stage.
- Minimum CIC score of 650 is mandatory with no credit default in the credit report.
- Indemnity bond of INR 3,00,000/- must be executed if selected (valid for 3 years of service).
- Probation period of 2 years from the date of joining.
- Initial posting will be at Mumbai and thereafter transferable anywhere in India as per bank’s transfer policy.
- Government/PSU/Nationalized Bank employees must produce NOC from employer at the time of interview.
