Eligibility Criteria
- Project Lead: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology / management. MBA preferred. Total 7-12 years experience in large-scale IT programmes, at least 5 years in programme/project management, experience with Central Government Ministries/e-Governance, Agile/Scaled Agile, MeitY guidelines. Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP.
- Solution Architect: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology. Total 8-12 years in IT solution design & delivery, at least 4 years as Solution/Technical Architect, cloud/microservices/API/DevOps/security, MeitY/CERT-In. Preferred: TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CKA, CISSP.
- Domain Expert (Rural Development) – Subject Matter Expert: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences / Rural Management / Development Studies / Public Policy / Agriculture / Engineering / Management. Master’s preferred (IRMA/TISS etc.). 8-12 years in rural development, Ministry of Rural Development/State Panchayati Raj, schemes like MGNREGA/PMAY-G/NRLM/SBM-G/PMGSY, digital platforms/MIS.
- Business Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT / computer science / management. MBA/master’s advantage. 4-7 years as Business Analyst/Technology Consultant in IT systems, Government digital/e-Governance preferred, BRD/user stories/RTM/UAT, tools. Preferred: CBAP/CCBA/ECBA/PMI-PBA/CSPO/Agile BA.
