  • Register on the recruitment portal with a valid email ID and mobile number, then log in to access the online application form.
  • Fill in all required personal, academic, and experience details carefully; ensure eligibility as per department and post applied for.
  • Upload all relevant documents: identity proof, proof of date of birth, academic mark sheets and degree certificates (UG, PG, PhD), category certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD), experience certificates and salary slips, publications list (SCOPUS/Web of Science), proof of projects, patents, PhD guidance, administrative roles, outreach, awards, etc.

  • Candidates in Government/Quasi Govt/Universities/PSUs must upload No Objection Certificate or Self Declaration (Annexure I) and provide Vigilance Clearance Certificate at the time of interview.
  • Verify all details and documents in the online form and then click on “Submit” to complete the application process.
  • After successful submission, download and save the PDF of the completed application form for future reference.
  • At the time of interview, candidates must produce the printed application form, original Attestation Form, and all original supporting documents along with self-attested copies.

Important Instructions for Candidates
