- Manager (Finance& Accounts): Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years) from a university recognized by University Grant Commission / Institution recognized by AICTE. Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounts/Internal Audit, with 4 years in the scale of 50000-160000 (IDA) or equivalent.
- Deputy Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a university recognized by UGC or AICTE OR Diploma in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engg./Handloom Technology from a recognized university/institute. OR Degree in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology/ M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry/Textile Chemistry) from a university recognized by UGC or AICTE OR Diploma in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology for Dyes & Chemicals from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 8 years of Marketing & Technical experience (yarn or dyes & chemicals), with 4 years in the scale of 40000-140000 (IDA) or equivalent (14 years in case of diploma holder).
- Assistant Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a university recognized by UGC or AICTE OR Diploma in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engg./Handloom Technology from a recognized university/institute. OR Degree in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology/ M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry/Textile Chemistry) from a university recognized by UGC or AICTE OR Diploma in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology for Dyes & Chemicals from a recognized university/Institute. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/production of yarn or process house, with 4 years in the scale of 27000-95000 or equivalent (9 years in case of diploma holder).
- Senior Officer (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering / MBA (Marketing / Rural Management) from a University / Institute recognized by UGC or AICTE OR Diploma in Textiles Technology / Textiles Engg./Handloom Technology from a recognized university/Institution. OR Degree in Textiles Chemistry/ Chemical Technology / MBA (Marketing) / M. Sc.
