The Engineers India Limited has officially announced a massive 2026 recruitment Notification (Advt. No. HRD/Rectt./Advt./2026-27/04) to fill 22 Junior Assistant, Jr. Draftsman, Engineer, Manager & Senior Manager vacancies. The applicants satisfying the requisite qualification may apply through ONLINE MODE only, Apply Online on the official Web-site of this Engineers India Limited i.e. https://recruitment.eil.co.in/. The online application portal will be opened on 09.05.2026 for filling online applications and the date for closing the online application interface is 25.05.2026.

Educational Qualification for EIL:

  1. Senior Manager (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) – 
    • Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks
    • Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 12 Years
  2. Senior Manager (Electrical) – 
    • Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical with minimum 65% marks
    • Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 12 Years
  3. Manager (HR) – 
    • Essential Qualification: a) MBA Degree with specialization in HR/Personnel Management OR PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR /Labour Welfare OR Master in Social Work with specialization in HR /Personnel Management b) The above qualification (with min. 65%marks or equivalent CGPA / CPI) should be obtained from a recognized Institute /University (except through correspondence).
    • Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 08 Years
  4. Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) – 
    • Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks
