NISST Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Technical Manager (Electrical / Electronics): Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from an AICTE-approved Institution with a minimum of seven (07) years of experience in a steel plant in the areas of Energy Management, Power Systems, Maintenance and Training. Experience in Government PSU shall be preferred.
- Faculty for Electrician Courses: B.E. in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE-approved Institution with a minimum of five (05) years of experience in the Steel Industry.

- Technical Manager (Electrical & Electronics): Maximum age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD is as per Govt. of India rules.
- Faculty for Electrician Courses: No specific age limit mentioned.
NISST Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend
- Technical Manager (Electrical & Electronics): Upto Rs. 1,25,000/- consolidated per month. Engagement initially for a minimum period of three years (1+2), extendable by a further period of three (3) years based on performance and organizational requirement. Personnel shall remain on probation during the 1st year.
- Faculty for Electrician Courses: Based on hourly lecture basis @ Rs. 1,000/- per hour.
