Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of reckoning (01-05-2026). Only Indian Nationals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply. Important Instructions for HCL Executive Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Only Indian Nationals of 18 years and above are eligible to apply.
- Date of reckoning for age, experience, and qualification is 01-05-2026.
- Experience acquired in Training / Consultancy / Teaching / Fellowship / Internship / Apprenticeship / Academic Project shall not be counted.
- Experience in relevant field only shall be considered; HCL’s decision on relevance is final.
- Candidates from private organizations must be from companies with turnover of Rs. 250 Crores or more.
- Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs and serve a minimum of 3 years.
- Government / CPSE employees must route their application through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of interview.
