Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of online application (15-06-2026). The educational qualification required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Candidates whose result of the qualifying degree has not been declared by 15-06-2026 may also apply, but the offer of appointment will be issued only after submission of the provisional/final degree certificate to NHAI not later than 31-08-2026, failing which the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice. Important Instructions for NHAI Deputy Manager Technical Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Selection is purely on the basis of GATE 2026 score in Civil Engineering – candidates must hold a valid GATE 2026 score card.
- The post carries All India service liability – only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
- Candidates whose degree result is not declared by 15-06-2026 may apply but must submit the provisional/final degree certificate to NHAI by 31-08-2026, failing which candidature will be cancelled without notice.
- Candidates who have completed their degree by the closing date must mandatorily upload the Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate – mere uploading of marksheets of all semesters will not suffice.
- OBC candidates must submit an OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued during Financial Year 2026–27 (issued on or after 01-04-2026).
- EWS candidates must possess an Income & Asset Certificate based on income for Financial Year 2025–26, issued on or after 01-04-2026.
