- Minimum 5 years of experience in any of the following:
- Former banker with at least 5 years of work experience in a nationalized bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
- Person with at least 5 years of experience in Banking/related fields, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
- Person with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Correspondent (BC) or BC Coordinator.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Director in RSETI, or minimum 5 years of experience as Faculty member.
