- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th Pass
- Personal Assistant (PA): 1. 10+2/Graduation in any discipline 2. 80 words per minute in shorthand 3. 30 words per minute in typing 4. Working knowledge of Computers (Microsoft Office) Desirable: Work experience in Central / State Government Offices
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): 1. 10+2/Graduation in any discipline 2. 8000 key depression per hour (Typing speed Approx. 27 W.P.M)
